The guide, developed by clinical professionals, includes several self-help tips and steps to guide you in managing your mental health during COVID-19 and quarantine, as well as a list of mental health resources and services available locally. This booklet was designed as a self-help guide that you can read and work through on your own and at your own pace and is available in Traditional Chinese and English. This guide is for anyone who feels they have been affected by the pandemic or are looking for practical ways to take care of their mental wellbeing during quarantine.
