About JC LevelMind@School
In 2024, JC LevelMind expanded its support to 130 secondary schools through the establishment of the JC LevelMind@School project, which comprises of the curation of LevelMind Hubs and Student Wellness Clubs. These initiatives empower students to create student-centred solutions that enhance mental well-being at schools, harnessing the vitality and creativity of young people. Mental Wellness Self-management Training is also provided to students and teachers to foster a healthy and supportive school environment.

Creative Wellness Fund
The project will offer HK$200,000 to each participating school to support the Student Wellness Club in organising mental wellness activities and establish a JC LevelMind Hub at school, fostering a culture that prioritises mental well-being.

Youth Advisory Committee (YAC)
To ensure that young people’s voices are heard, JC LevelMind has formed a Youth Advisory Committee, uniting approximately 10 local high school students from various backgrounds. The committee offers insights and viewpoints on mental health matters, infusing the project with fresh perspectives.

How can I apply for JC LevelMind@School?
JC LevelMind@School is recruiting secondary schools to participate in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 programme. We welcome all interested schools to join free of charge by filling out the online application form. Participating schools will be eligible to receive a HK$200,000 Mental Health Innovation Fund. This fund is designated for student-led mental health initiatives within the school and for enhancing the campus environment.
What is the process for schools to apply for the programme?
- School Application: Schools submit online application forms to express their interest in joining.
- One-on-one Session: Project staff will communicate and align clear expectations and make resources available for participation.
- Submission of proposal: Schools submit proposals detailing their commitment to participate in the project.
- Vetting process: The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and the project team review proposals.
- School Confirmation: The school signs an agreement to confirm project participation.

How can students be part of the Youth Advisory Committee?
