Check-in
Mind HK is currently offering a one-time free Wellbeing Check-in. Our iACT Wellbeing Practitioner will have a one-time, 45-minute consultation with you to better understand your current wellbeing status and emotional needs.

We will review your assessment results to check if our services meet your needs. We will respond within 5 working days.

We will match you with one of our Wellbeing Practitioners.

You will have a one-time, 45-minute consultation with our Wellbeing Practitioner.
OUR SERVICE
online psychological Support
iACT is Mind HK’s flagship programme, which aims to offer psychological support to Hong Kong residents aged 18 – 65 free of charge or on a sliding scale*. Our Wellbeing Practitioners who have received specialised training provide short-term support for people with mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety .
*To ensure our services remain sustainable and accessible to all, iACT will be implementing a sliding scale fee model based on monthly household income starting 1 June, 2026.
🔸We also provide iACT services for students aged 12 and above at school. For further enquiries, please contact us at service@iact.hk.

You will be matched with a mental health counselor for a session.

You will have 6 to 8 confidential counseling sessions with a mental health counselor.
