This World Mental Health Day, Let’s Create A Change Together
Mental health affects every one of us. It shapes how we work, learn, connect with others and navigate life’s challenges.
Yet many people continue to struggle in silence because of stigma, lack of understanding, or limited access to support.
This World Mental Health Day, Mind HK is bringing together corporates, community organisations and individuals to build a Hong Kong where mental health is understood, valued and supported every day – not just on that one day each year.
The campaign invites everyone to take meaningful action, whether by creating mentally healthy workplaces, supporting public education, participating in community events or championing mental wellbeing within their own networks.
Why This Campaign Matters
Mental health is one of the defining social and workplace challenges of our time. Across Hong Kong:
- Employees are experiencing increasing levels of stress, burnout and emotional exhaustion.
- Organisations are recognising that employee wellbeing directly impacts productivity, retention and workplace culture.
- Communities are calling for more open conversations, better support and reduced stigma.
World Mental Health Day provides an opportunity to turn awareness into action.
Rather than focusing on a single event, Mind HK’s campaign is designed to inspire action throughout the year – bringing together workplaces, schools and communities to create sustainable impact.
Building Mentally Healthy Workplaces Together
Mental health is no longer simply an employee benefit.
