Move It for Mental Health is a Mind HK project that looks to promote mental wellbeing
through physical activity and get people moving!
With public events, as well as school, university and corporate collaborations,
we aim to inspire participants of all ages and abilities to stay active, connect with others,
and make a positive impact on both our mind and body. Get moving for your mood!!
