Move It for Mental Health is a Mind HK project that looks to promote mental wellbeing through physical activity and get people moving!
With public events, as well as school, university and corporate collaborations, we aim to inspire participants of all ages and abilities to stay active, connect with others, and make a positive impact on both our mind and body. Get moving for your mood!

How Far Can You Go?
Join our wellbeing challenge this June to see how many kilometres you can cover in 10 days! This summer we are challenging you to move it for your mood! Even in those warmer summer months, you can keep moving to feel happier and healthier. You can achieve your goal by walking, running, swimming, rowing, paddle boarding, cycling or even kayaking.
