I could not control the anxiety attack, it came any time. When it came I felt very hot and sweated a lot.
However I can reduce the frequency of its attack by expressing the gratitude and giving.
Every day take a few moments, to reflect the good things happened.
I have practiced it about 3 years by now, I become more calmer and the anxiety attack come less frequent.
It means to me, I accept my self as I’m, focus on current situation and enjoy the life.
