In response to the increasing mental health impacts of the 5th wave of the pandemic, Mind HK will be offering a programme consisting of 3-workshops, with the aim of equipping individuals with tools and techniques to support them with managing their wellbeing during the pandemic.

  • Workshops will be available in English and Cantonese (during March & April)
  • Each workshop will comprise of 3 separate 1-hour sessions (we recommend attending all 3).
  • Workshop content will be based on evidence-based techniques from our Covid-19 Relief Scheme Self-Help Guide: https://www.mind.org.hk/covid-19-self-help-guide/
  • Each workshop will be facilitated by mental health professionals.
