We’re pleased to share via our Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT) programme, remote, short term mental health services are now available online to Hong Kong residents!
Free mental health support, provided by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) is now available remotely to individuals aged 18-65 in Hong Kong, who are facing mild to moderate mental health problems including symptoms of depression, anxiety, and more.
Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT) is Mind HK’s service bringing free mental health support to individuals in Hong Kong. Our PWPs are here to provide free, short-term, and remote support to local Hong Kong residents citizens (aged 18-65) experiencing mild-moderate anxiety or depression, or emotional distress.
We’re beyond excited to share this service with the Hong Kong community! If eligible, you will be able to receive 6 free one-on-one sessions (facilitated by our PWPs) aimed to improve quality of life and wellbeing.
