These workshops are designed to be instructional ‘information-giving’ sessions and are not intended to be a form of group therapy.

You will not be expected or asked to openly share any personal difficulties you have during the sessions, but will be asked to work through personal examples on your own as we work through some written exercises.

We will have mental health professionals available to provide additional signposting support following each session if required.

Confidentiality is important to us, and so we respect people’s preferences for anonymity during these sessions. It will therefore be optional to display names and turn cameras on during each session.

After registration:

Please download a copy of our self-help workbook and have this to hand before attending each session: https://www.mind.org.hk/covid-19-self-help-guide/ as we will be working through sections of this workbook during each session.
