About this event: Join us in person for a 5km walk or run along the Central harbourfront on Hong Kong island. With a pre-race warm-up stretch with a lululemon ambassador to get you in the mood and set off in small groups running or walking along a scenic route. We will have different paces so that you can join us to Move It for Mental Health no matter what pace you feel comfortable at. Followed by refreshments to mingle and get together after the race, this is a great way to kickstart your month long 50km challenge and start as you mean to go on!
