The iACT programme is a comprehensive, 11-month training course, through which we will train wellbeing practitioners to provide mental health support to either youth aged 12-17 or adults aged 18-65, who are facing mild to moderate common mental problems, including depression and anxiety, in Hong Kong.

During this info session, we will provide an introduction to the programme’s application process, training and placement details, and a Q&A round for attendees to ask questions about the programme. The information session is open to all existing and potential applicants who are interested in applying for the iACT wellbeing practitioner training programme.
