Welcome to “Saturday Stories: Let’s be Stigma-Free!”

This summer, across six Saturday afternoons, we’re collaborating with community spaces in different corners of the city – with a seat saved just for you.
Come sit down. Have a drink.
Listen to a lived story from our Mental Health ambassadors.
No preparation needed.
Just come and listen.
We believe that through real stories and genuine connection, we can gently shift how our community views mental health.
This series covers six themes:
Parents of teenagers, Maternal mental health, Youth and future pathways,

More Than a Label is Mind HK’s citywide anti-stigma campaign. Through personal stories of mental health recovery journeys, we want to showcase realistic portrayals of people with lived mental health experiences and help the community move beyond stereotypes and labels. We would like to thank The Keswick Foundation and MINDSET for their support, and Manulife for their sponsorship, together making it possible for more recovery stories to be heard.
