Mind HK Mental Health Ambassador Training (May/June 2026 English)
Welcome to join our Mental Health Ambassador Training (May/June 2026 English). Click here to sign up (available in English only).
We would like to thank The Keswick Foundation and MINDSET for their support and Manulife for being our sponsor.
If you are a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above, have experienced a mental health problem and recovered, and are looking to share your mental health experience publicly with others to help destigmatise mental health, welcome to join our upcoming Mental Health Ambassador training!
Please note that this training is designed for adults based in Hong Kong who have been in recovery for at least a year, and it is NOT for therapeutic intervention purposes. Recovery refers to the process in which people are able to live, work, learn, and participate in their communities and many can live well with mental health problems by managing symptoms effectively. Therefore, we feel that the idea of recovery is subjective to an individual’s judgment. Should your application be successful, the anti-stigma team will contact you for further clarification.
The information you provide will only be seen by the Anti-Stigma Programme team and will be kept confidential.
Details of the training sessions are indicated below.
