Teachers’ Helpline aims at supporting teachers and principals to cope with work-related pressure. The counselors of the Teachers’ Helpline will do their best to understand the situation of the caller and help him/her analyse and manage his/her problems. They will also, as and when necessary, provide telephone counseling, face-to-face counseling and arrange for professionals to follow up cases and render appropriate assistance.

Provide services in three main areas, including psychological support, child care and employment, wishing to offer support for single-parent families
Service provides psychoeducation and counselling services for individuals with anxiety disorders or OCD by incorporating techniques from different treatment methods. Virtual counselling sessions are also available at a low cost.
Targeted at hidden drug abusers and their family members, offering intervetion services and enrolling them into long-term drug abstinence schemes. It hopes to offer early interventions to hidden drug abusers to strenghten their wills to abstain from drugs.
Through timely, professional and affordable counselling service, the service aims to help healthcare professionals and teachers to deal with job burnout and any mental health issues, and to regain their inner strength at workplace. We further extend our current service to online and to odd-hours, in order to increase service accessibility and flexibility to alleviate constraint due to busy or shift work schedule.
