The Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) provides integrated services for the ex-mentally ill to help them reintegrate to society, as well as treatment and support groups for individuals experiencing mental health problems. Community groups also provide mental health education to raise awareness of mental wellbeing to increase early intervention among the general public.

Service provides assessment and treatment services for children aged 3-14 with special educational needs by clinical or educational psychologists, including training, therapy and counselling service tailored to the needs of children, their families and schools.
Psychological counselling services are offered for individuals struggling with emotional distress, grief and bereavement, stress, relationship problems, among other issues.
Service provides online counselling services for distressed adolescents to share their emotions with a professional counsellor, as well as community groups, early intervention services and case counselling.
The youth counselling programme targets emotionally distressed young people aged 13-29 to provide early intervention, including case assessment, individual or group counselling services and support to their families.
Service offers online resources, support groups and public education campaigns to provide emotional support and promote healthy relationships.
Hotline service offers emotional support for youth in emotional distress and provides general consultation services, referrals and follow-up services by social workers.
