Provides community mental health support services for people aged 15+ in the North District, such as casework, therapeutic groups, psychoeducational programmes, support groups and peer support services. The professional team includes social workers, psychiatric nurse, occupational therapist and clinical psychologist. The centre also shares psychoeducational programmes on online platform to raise public awareness about the importance of mental health.

Services include treatment, counselling and support services for victims of sexual violence and their relatives.
Services include expressive art therapy and workshops for youth aged 10-24 with mental health issues to explore their potential and achieve wellbeing. The Centre also offers public education and workshops for the general public, as well as a subsidy for psychiatric services to 3 users with financial need each year.
Services include individual and family counselling, group activities, drug prevention programs and on-site medical support service to encourage early treatment and rehabilitation.
