In collaboration with District Elderly Community Centres and Integrated Community Centres for Mental Wellness, the project provides early intervention services and psychoeducational workshops for older adults with mild to severe depressive symptoms, and training for social workers. Hotline provides 24-hour emotional support for individuals with suicidal ideation by providing a safe space to open up about their feelings. The hotline is manned by trained staff and volunteers to listen, care and provide support for users.

24-Hour Emotional Support Hotline relies on a group of trained and passionate volunteers, who listen to callers when they feel hopeless, distressed or have suicidal ideation.
Formerly known as the “Relatives and Friends of the Suicidal People Self-help Group”, Live the Rainbow Service helps people work through their painful experiences and provide mutual support to each other.
Manned by social workers, the family helpline addresses concerns from individuals calling on behalf of a potentially suicidal family member or friend. Service includes crisis intervention consultation, counseling and group services to middle to high risk suicidal people, helping them rebuild their faith and ability to deal with future crises.
Provides community mental health support services for people aged 15+ in the North District, such as casework, therapeutic groups, psychoeducational programmes, support groups and peer support services. The professional team includes social workers, psychiatric nurse, occupational therapist and clinical psychologist. The centre also shares psychoeducational programmes on online platform to raise public awareness about the importance of mental health.
