Open Up is 24-hour online texting service for individuals under 35 to share their feelings and talk to someone in a safe space. It is designed specifically to cater to the needs of young people experiencing emotional distress from interpersonal relationships and academic stress.
Psychological counselling services are offered for individuals struggling with emotional distress, grief and bereavement, stress, relationship problems, among other issues.
The youth counselling programme targets emotionally distressed young people aged 13-29 to provide early intervention, including case assessment, individual or group counselling services and support to their families.
Hotline service offers emotional support for youth in emotional distress and provides general consultation services, referrals and follow-up services by social workers.
The hotline service provides counselling and emotional support for children aged 6-12 and parents facing crisis situations or difficulties at home. Referral services can be provided if needed. A 24-hour interactive system is available outside servicing hours.
