Service provides psychological assessment, including general assessment and diagnosis, intellectual assessment and assessment for dyslexia. Service also provides talks and group services upon enquiry.

Diagnostic and intellectual assessments are offered for individuals with emotional distress, intellectual deficits, psychological and/or behavioral problems. Consultation services will also be available for social workers on case management, or matters related to psychology and mental health.
Service provides outreach programs for adolescents in the Tai Po and Sha Tin districts, including counselling services, community and skills training, crisis intervention and other youth programmes. Referral services will also be provided if necessary.
The Centre provides individual and group counselling services for emotionally distressed individuals, children, families and couples, as well as employee assistance programmes (EAP) and workshops for corporates.
Based on its commitment to helping youth in need, the association launched the “Unlimited Sexuality Project” to provide support for LGBT youth and their families. The association enables peer support to help enhance their self-image, resilience, improve communication with their families, and promote their healthy growth while promoting diversity and inclusion in the society.
The Cyber Youth Support Team provides online and offline counselling, training on digital creativity and talent development for youth in disadvantaged conditions
