eGPS is a guided self-help platform that delivers cognitive behavioral tools to enhance accessibility and availability of evidence-based mental health services for people with mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Virtual Reality-based vocational training for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder to enhance their employability and strengthen their interpersonal and adaptation skills. The project also provides workshops for employers to increase their understanding and promote acceptance in the workplace.
The Project provides family support services for families whose children under 18 years of age struggle with mental illness. The goal is to promote mental wellbeing and build resilience through family-centered counseling, child-focused psychoeducational groups, wellness programs and parent-focused support programmes.
Services include assessment and programmes tailored to the students needs and abilities, as well as training, education and workshops for teachers, school personnel, parents and caregivers.
The Wellness Centres offers integrated district-based community support services by clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, mental health education officers, peer support workers and program workers.
The association offers work training in a planned environment including workshops, farms and community sites. It helps service users to enhance holistic well-being through person-centered care planning, diversified activities and vocational training.
In collaboration with District Elderly Community Centres and Integrated Community Centres for Mental Wellness, the project provides early intervention services and psychoeducational workshops for older adults with mild to severe depressive symptoms, and training for social workers. The association provides residential services in the form of long stay care homes, halfway houses, hostels for the moderately mentally handicapped, subvented and self-financed hostels, and residential respite services for individuals recovering from mental illness etc for people aged 15 or above.
