Pinky joined Mind HK in 2019 as a volunteer and now serves as an Advisor to the Board. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she understands the city’s unique pressures and is passionate about promoting mental health and well-being. Drawing on her experience as a business executive and health educator, she is committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life and happiness, especially those navigating mental health challenges.
Pinky has delivered training on mental health to schools, corporations, and the public. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor, certified in Seeking Safety Treatment, and contributes to academia as an internship supervisor and part-time lecturer in sport and health. Her diverse expertise reflects a lifelong dedication to empowering others through education and support.
