\u7684\u91ab\u751f\u3001\u8b77\u58eb\u548c\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u5354\u52a9\u4e0b\u5171\u540c\u5275\u8fa6\uff0c\u65bc\u7fcc\u5e74 11 \u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 2019 \u5e74\u6210\u70ba\u300a\u7a05\u52d9\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c 88 \u689d\u4e0b\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0891\/16471\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u64c1\u6709\u903e 30 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7ba1\u7406\u79c1\u71df\u91ab\u7642\u6a5f\u69cb\u7d93\u9a57\u7684 Dr Lucy Lord \u548c\u8463\u99ae\u5982\u7433\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u6df1\u660e\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\uff0c\u5927\u773e\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u5c0b\u6c42\u5408\u9069\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u4ee4\u5979\u5011\u66f4\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u70ba\u6b63\u7d93\u6b77\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u56f0\u64fe\u4f46\u53c8\u7121\u6cd5\u8ca0\u64d4\u79c1\u5bb6\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u6216\u7d93\u5176\u4ed6\u9014\u5f91\u63d0\u4f9b\u9069\u5207\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u5979\u5011\u5f88\u5feb\u4fbf\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u5927\u773e\u666e\u904d\u90fd\u96e3\u4ee5\u5c0b\u6c42\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u800c\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u7d93\u6b77\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u6c61\u540d\u5316\u4f7f\u60c5\u6cc1\u52a0\u5287\uff0c\u53ca\u5f8c\u4fbf\u4fc3\u6210\u9999\u6e2f\u5fc3\u8046\u7684\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span \u5e74\u806f\u7e6b\u82f1\u570b\u7576\u5730\u6b77\u53f2\u6700\u60a0\u4e45\u800c\u4e14\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u6700\u70ba\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u4e00\u6240\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb \u2014\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mind.org.uk\/\">Mind<\/a>\uff0c\u5979\u5e0c\u671b\u5c0d\u65b9\u80fd\u5354\u52a9\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u958b\u8a2d\u985e\u8fd1\u7684\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002\u7fcc\u5e74\uff0c\u524d\u4efb Mind \u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1 Paul Farmer \u540c\u610f\u6350\u8d08\u51fa\u4ed6\u5011\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6587\u737b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f97\u4ee5\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6e90\u672c\u5730\u5316\u53ca\u9032\u884c\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5207\u5408\u672c\u5730\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u6211\u5011\u6210\u7acb\u521d\u671f\uff0c \u4e0d\u5c11 Central Health \u7684\u8077\u54e1\u548c\u75c5\u4eba\u5747\u4ee5\u7fa9\u5de5\u8eab\u5206\u53c3\u8207\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7c4c\u5099\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b\u5728\u6b64\u7279\u5225\u611f\u8b1d Dr Hannah Reidy\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u5fc3\u8046\u7684\u9996\u4efb\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff09\u3001\u9673\u53cb\u51f1\u6559\u6388\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u5fc3\u8046\u7684\u9996\u4f4d\u5171\u540c\u4e3b\u5e2d\u53ca\u5b78\u8853\u9867\u554f\uff09\u3001\u6881\u627f\u82b3\u5973\u58eb\u3001Dr Jill Devlin\u3001Ms Erica Sakyo\u3001\u7a0b\u7f8e\u91d1\u5973\u58eb\u3001\u912d\u654f\u60e0\u91ab\u751f\u548c Dr Zoe Fortune\uff08\u57ce\u5e02\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u806f\u76df\u7684\u9996\u4efb\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff09 \u5c0d\u9999\u6e2f\u5fc3\u8046\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u82f1\u570b\u7684 Mind \u5718\u968a\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u5f88\u652f\u6301\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u66f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8207 Mind \u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u6d88\u9664\u6c61\u540d\u8a08\u5283 (\u300cTime to Change\u300d) \u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5b78\u8853\u6587\u737b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u806f\u7e6b\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4ea6\u6388\u6b0a\u4e88\u6211\u5011\u5728\u672c\u6e2f\u5275\u7acb\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\u300cMind\u300d\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u900f\u904e
