400;\">\uff0c\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u8f15\u5ea6\u72c2\u8e81\u6216\u72c2\u8e81\u662f\u8e81\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u4f86\u81eaBipolar UK\u7684\u514d\u8cbb\u65e5\u8a18\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u9ede\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u6df1\u591c\u7d93\u5e38\u60c5\u7dd2\u9ad8\u6f32\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f60\u8fa8\u8b58\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u898f\u5f8b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u63a1\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u907f\u514d\u89f8\u767c\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u6216\u5c07\u5176\u5f71\u97ff\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u4f4e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u8b66\u865f\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\uff0c\u767c\u4f5c\u524d\u7684\u898f\u5f8b\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\uff1a<\/span><span 400;\">\u8655\u7406\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u58d3\u529b\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u8f15\u5ea6\u72c2\u8e81\u6216\u72c2\u8e81\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u8a31\u591a\u63aa\u65bd\u4f86\u78ba\u4fdd\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u6703\u5728\u58d3\u529b\u4e0b\u611f\u5230\u64d4\u6182\u6216\u80fd\u5920\u7167\u9867\u81ea\u5df1\u3002\u6709\u95dc\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u898b\u6211\u5011\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u7ba1\u7406\u9801\u9762\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7ba1\u7406\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u806f\u7e6b<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifec.org.hk\/web\/en\/index.page\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u53ca\u7406\u8ca1\u6559\u80b2\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08IFEC\uff09<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7db2\u9801\u7372\u53d6\u514d\u8cbb\u4e14\u4e0d\u504f\u4e0d\u501a\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u53e6\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u6211\u5011\u8ca1\u653f\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u9801\u9762\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u6709\u95dc\u8ca1\u52d9\u64d4\u6182\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u4e4b\u9593\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u63d0\u524d\u70ba\u5371\u6a5f\u505a\u597d\u8a08\u5283\u3002\u7576\u4f60\u8655\u65bc\u5371\u6a5f\u4e4b\u4e2d\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u96e3\u4ee5\u8b93\u4ed6\u4eba\u5f97\u77e5\u5c0d\u4f60\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u826f\u597d\u6642\u5236\u5b9a\u5371\u6a5f\u8a08\u5283\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u6709\u7528\u3002\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u4f60\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e0d\u9069\u6642\u5e0c\u671b\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u4ee5\u53ca\u60f3\u88ab\u5982\u4f55\u5c0d\u5f85\u6216\u6cbb\u7642<\/span><i><span 400;\">\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u7fd2\u6163\u3002\u5747\u8861\u98f2\u98df\u548c\u71df\u990a\u98f2\u98df\u6709\u52a9\u4f60\u611f\u89ba\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u601d\u8def\u6e05\u6670\u4e26\u5e73\u975c\u5fc3\u60c5\u3002\u8acb\u53c3\u898b\u6211\u5011\u95dc\u65bc\u98df\u7269\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u9801\u9762\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u95dc\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
