Happy Holidays from Mind HK!

To all our followers, 100+ volunteers, clinical advisors, donors, sponsors, and partners, thank you for your continued support. We are beyond grateful and our work would not be possible without you.

2019 has been a busy year for Mind HK – we trained over 1,300 people in Mental Health 101 and Mental Health First Aid,  launched our “Managing Mental Health in the Workplace” training, held two large campaigns and reached millions, had over 168,000 new users visit our Mind HK website and over 390,000 people download our #howokayareyou WhatsApp stickers, and together with KELY Support Group, launched our Coolminds youth mental health workshop pilot for students, teachers, and parents.

What’s planned for 2020?

Early next year, together with KELY, our Coolminds bi-lingual website will go live. It will be a one-stop-shop for students, teachers, and parents on everything youth mental health. In September, our Coolminds training workshops will officially launch.

Our virtual assistant using artificial intelligence, “Help Me”, which seeks to improve local access to mental health resources and support, will launch on our website and Facebook Messenger.

In November, we’ll be hosting the Hong Kong Mental Health Conference 2020, with the theme of “Youth in Focus”; international and local youth mental health experts will be invited to share.

Throughout 2020, we have multiple campaigns, events, and of course, trainings and additional resources planned.

Should you wish to learn about or get involved with any of the above, please feel free to email [email protected]. Enjoy the holidays and Happy 2020 in advance! Thank you, again, for joining us in our mission to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
