Mind HK has been offering mental health training for NGOs for the last few years and in light of this, would like to best understand issues around burnout and mental health of NGO workers in Hong Kong. We hope to utilise this research to improve our training and support for NGOs, as well as raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the sector.

This survey is open to all staff members currently working at an NGO (part-time or full time), who are Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. It will take around 3-5 minutes to complete and will be open from March 8 to March 26.

The findings will be shared with researchers, the media, and other organisations/charities – to improve support. However, your answers and all data will remain anonymous.

We would like to stress that all information collected will remain strictly confidential. Individual details will not be disclosed or identifiable from this survey. Any personal information that you include in this survey will be stored securely, and only Mind HK’s Research team will have access to the data. People will have the opportunity to voluntarily add their email address should they wish to receive updates about this survey.

If you have any questions concerning this study, you can contact Mind HK’s Deputy CEO at [email protected]
