World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day falls on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilising efforts in support of mental health.
The day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.

World Down Syndrome Day
Down syndrome is a naturally occurring chromosomal arrangement that results in variable effects on learning styles, physical characteristics, or health. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness of this condition, with the goal for all affected person to have adequate access to health care, early intervention programmes, inclusive education, and opportunities to live fulfilling lives.

World Bipolar Day
