Orygen Youth Health are visiting Hong Kong and will be running a free workshop for high-school students on Tuesday, 26th February from 5-6pm at ISF Academy.

What to expect:
1) Learn how to manage stress and distress from these world experts, and about how you can help others who are finding things tough.
2) Get to know other like-minded students from different schools across Hong Kong.
3) Give us feedback as to what resources and help you would like to see in Hong Kong….and we will go and make that happen!
