This coming March, Mind HK is organising its 6th annual large-scale “Move It for Mental Health 2023” challenge encouraging everyone to develop an active lifestyle by completing a total of 30 km in nature within the month of March. Register here

Join Mind HK in heading out into nature, and start exploring the tranquility of islands and green havens in Hong Kong. Participants can complete the challenge at their own pace. Simply walk or run outdoors, along any trails, coastal walks, or in parks.

Enrollment is free or you can register and make a donation to receive a Mind HK cross-body tote bag! You can also be a #MoveIt supporter by fundraising and donating to us while taking part in the challenge – this is optional. All funds raised will go towards ensuring vulnerable groups (e.g. low income youth) receive free access to mental health support via our iACT programme.

How to take part:

Step 1: Sign up for “Move It for Mental Health 2023” via Run2gather website.

Step 2: Participants may use Run2gather or any designated apps to track your activity record (photo or screenshot). Click here to view the list of designated apps.

Step 3: Participants who complete the challenge (30km or above within the event period) and upload activity records successfully will have a chance to receive a reward.
