DESCRIPTION:Emotions are like a built-in alarm clock\, reminding us to check in with our inner voice👂🏼. But as we grow\, we often suppress our thoughts to fit in. Over time\, we drift further from ourselves\, even ignoring the messages our bodies send. The truth is\, every emotion has a purpose\, and we have the power to choose how we embrace\, accept\, or coexist with them. ✨ \nThis summer\, the ‘More Than a Label’ anti-stigma campaign is hosting a new exhibition – Listen to the Beat! Sponsored by MINDSET (the Jardine Matheson Group Charity) and Manulife @manulife_hongkong\, the exhibition aims to raise awareness of mental health in Hong Kong and reduce stereotypes and misconceptions💖. \nThis exhibition features 5 zones and interactive experiences\, bringing together over 100 Mental Health Ambassadors who will present their voices through audio\, video\, text and artworks. We encourage open\, honest conversations with those who have lived experience. During the exhibition\, we will host two storysharing sessions and special edition pins made by a local brand PERKS!
