DESCRIPTION:Welcome to join our Mental Health Ambassador Training (March 2025 Cantonese). Click here to sign up (available in Chinese only). \nWe are glad to have MINDSET (the Jardine Matheson Group Charity) as our partner and sponsor\, as well as Manulife as our sponsor! \nIf you are a Hong Kong resident aged 20 or above\, have experienced a mental health problem and recovered\, and are looking to share your mental health experience publicly with others to help destigmatise mental health\, join our upcoming Mental Health Ambassador training. \nPlease note that this programme is for individuals who have already been in recovery for at least a year and it is not intended as therapy. Recovery refers to the process in which people are able to live\, work\, learn\, and participate in their communities and many can live well with mental health problems by managing symptoms effectively. Therefore\, we feel that the idea of recovery is subjective to an individual’s judgment.
