The course will be delivered by Mind HK trainers with clinical knowledge and experience in the mental health field. \nMental Health 101 will cover: \n\nKey concepts of mental health\nCommon misconceptions and stigma around mental health\nCommon mental health challenges: Stress\, anxiety and depression\nSelf-help tips\nHow to seek help in Hong Kong\n\nCourse detail: \n\nLanguage: English\nDate: 10 July 2026\nTime: 18:00 – 19:00\nFormat: Online via Zoom\n\nWe suggest you take this Mental Health 101 Webinar prior to registering for our Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Course\, which is an internationally accredited qualification that provides lay people with practical guidelines and protocols to assess and directly help those experiencing or developing a mental health problem or crisis. Standard MHFA Course already includes a free entry to the Mental Health 101 Webinar. You may register for the Standard MHFA Course directly if you are interested in both courses. \nCourse pricing: \n\nRegular Ticket: HKD 100 (No invoice will be issued. Receipts will be shown on Eventbrite’s registration email.)\nConcession Ticket: HKD 50 (Applicable to full-time staff of approved IRD S88 tax-exempt charities and full-time student only.
