We have 2 inner voices: positive and negative. At different times, either one of the voices overpowers the other. Both voices are normal and it is important to realize that we have the power and ability to control them. Recovering can feel lonely and difficult. The support of others (the colorful fingerprints), helped me battle the dark (black side) within me. My mental health journey is an on-going process of learning how to balance my priorities and making time to practice self care. ”You are the light and dark within the tunnel you create.”
